Account Deletion Instructions

How to permanently delete your Refinish My Floors account

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from within the Refinish My Floors app. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the app and navigate to the My Account screen.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the Delete Account button.
3. A confirmation dialog will appear warning that "This action is permanent" and confirming that the following data will be erased:
   • Your profile and personal details
   • All active and past project data
   • Warranty documents and uploaded files
   • Care Calendar reminders
   • Notifications and preferences
4. If you signed in with a password: You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm the deletion.
5. Tap the Delete button to confirm.

Please Note: This cannot be undone. Your data will be erased immediately and cannot be recovered. Once the deletion is complete, you will be signed out and redirected to the login screen.
