Scentraveil collects information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, scan a fragrance bottle, or search for perfumes. This includes your name, email address, and fragrance collection data.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, specifically our AI-driven layering recommendations and search results. Your data helps us personalize your fragrance experience.

3. AI Processing

Our application utilizes artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Fragella APIs) to analyze fragrance notes and provide compatibility scores. Your collection data may be processed via these secure third-party services to generate results.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices & Account Deletion

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps within the Scentraveil app:

• Navigate to the Profile tab.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Delete Account.
• Verification:
  • If you authenticated with Email and Password, you will be prompted to use your password to confirm deletion.
  • If you are using Google or Apple Sign-in, simply click on Confirm Delete to delete your account.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your collection data and profile from our servers.
